May 05, 2021     Left wing strut mounting bracket issues - (.5 hour)       Category: Wings
After enlarging the bolt holes one was oblong and one of the mounting holes was too short. Emailed Rans and got this response - this is ok as long as the bolts pass through, and shimming to get an even footprint is a good idea.
We used a thin washer to shim. finished mounting the bracket.
